What it is
A SaaS product for service businesses — an AI receptionist on the phone line. It picks up the call the business did not answer, asks what the job is, quotes from that business's own price list, puts the visit in the calendar and sends the job to the owner's inbox. Product, interface and trilingual marketing site, all built in the studio.
What we built
- Three ways a call reaches it: conditional forwarding from the business's own number, a new number printed in the adverts, or a new number that rings the phone first and falls through after the chosen number of rings
- The phone number is bought automatically, usually within minutes
- Answers the call the business did not pick up
- Asks what the job is and gets the details a quote needs
- Quotes from the price list the business loads in
- Puts the booked visit into the business's calendar
- Sends the job to the owner's inbox right after the call
- Every call comes back as a written transcript — no audio is kept, and the text is deleted after 60 days
- Speaks English, Spanish and Russian
- Marketing site in all three languages, switched in the header
